​Working from charcoal thumbnails I did as a demo in my recent workshop, these small landscapes were so fun - because thumbnails have no color, it allowed me the freedom to choose any color I wanted to create the mood I imagined. Here I imagined finding a field of abandoned wheat flowing into nearby woods.
